Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
White-Glove Delivery for Large Items
All oversized or heavy items, such as grandfather clocks and large cabinets, include free white-glove delivery. This premium service typically takes 3 to 10 business days from the ship date, depending on your location and carrier scheduling. White-glove delivery includes uncrating, placement in one room of your choice, and removal of all packing materials.
Order Processing & Lead Times
- Standard items are generally processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
- Parts and replacement components require additional processing time of 7 to 10 business days before shipping and do not qualify for free shipping.
- If your order includes both standard products and parts, they may ship separately. You will not be charged additional shipping for separate shipments unless you request expedited service.
- Orders placed during holidays or promotional periods may require extra processing time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Standard items typically ship via parcel carriers such as UPS Ground or an equivalent service. Large or fragile items ship via freight carriers that specialize in furniture delivery. Unless otherwise requested, we select the carrier and routing to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.
Delivery Conditions & Limitations
- Delivery is available only to locations accessible by standard carrier equipment.
- White-glove service includes placement in your chosen room and debris removal. Assembly or installation services are not included unless otherwise stated.
- Some limited-access or remote areas may incur additional charges or require alternate arrangements. We will contact you in such cases before shipping.
Risk of Loss & Inspection
Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the goods are placed with the original carrier (FOB factory). Please inspect all items upon delivery:
- For visible damage, note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt and take clear photos before signing.
- For concealed damage discovered after delivery, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available). For white-glove or freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule an appointment.
Partial Shipments
In some cases, available items may ship first, with remaining items or parts shipping separately. You will not be charged additional shipping for split deliveries to the same address.

If you require additional services such as inside delivery, room-of-choice placement, or installation, please contact our support team before placing your order. Additional fees may apply depending on your location and delivery type.
